Resizing a picture without distorting

I got a little picture which im wanting to 'blow up' in size but it gets horribly distorted when i do so.
Which is a decent prog to do so?

Photozoom pro. You will always loose quality when you blow up a pic though. Post it up and I will give it a go for you. How big do you want it?

^^ As above, paint programs 'guess' what colour and pixels to put where when enlarging photos. So no matter what you try you'll always get some distortion.
