Result - just hope it’s fixed at last

Renault Leicester rang today to tell me what they have done to my car:

- Fitted a new steering wheel due to the insert becoming unstuck on the previous one

- Replaced the exhaust mid section to cure the 4k buzz

- Removed the wire connector underneath the passenger seat and soldered the wires together to stop the SERV and airbag light coming on due to the dodgy connector

- Have a new climate control computer part on order due to my air con not working properly. Will be fitted next week.

I have to say the service has been pretty good, but its a shame it isnt always like this.

yeah dont hold your breath, we would all like to think dealerships get it right first time but workig at one means you know some cars come back alot of times before they are properly fixed. im sure your will be fine though. just saying that u would be one in a million to have your problem fixed first time to your satisfaction.
