It's a nice system. I've had mine on my 182 since last october. Can't go wrong for 250 quid. There was one on ebay earlier today.

guy at blueflame said they struggle with 172's getting them close to the bumper. mine was one of the higher ones he reckoned!

any closer and we could have "melty" probs!

Nah looks sound mate, It doesnt look as if its hanging at all. Did they tighten the heatshield or didn't you suffer from it 4k rattling?

The heatshield can be seen under your car, and above your exhaust (big silver thing) its usually that which rattles like hell when you hit high revs.

easy to tighten up is it? my rattle sounds like metal vibrating against metal, could it be that?
