Right throttle body cleaning procedure

Hi all, at first I want to inform that I did search answer for my question thoroughly, but without satisfactory answer. So my question is, may I move (with finger) flap of throttle body while TB is off the car? After cleaning, is needed to do some self-learning TB procedure? Car is Clio 172 Ph2, F4R 736 engine so TB is electronical...

No itll be fine, just dont be too aggressive on the flap or you'll damage the cogs.

Yes gently tease the flap, they get upset if you are too forceful. One or two fingers is enough to get things moving. A nice clean body and flap is what everyone is looking for.
