rims from ph1 to ph2

hey all

Got a question, will rims that fit a renault clio 2 ph1 also fit a clio 2 ph2 and a megane 2 ph 2, do they have the same dimensions as the ph1clio?

My rims have the following specifications:

15"
4x100
ET35 (if i remember correctly)
6,5j

yes, most renaults are 4x100 60.1 center bore
