Rocker cover

How critical is it that you get the rocker cover that originally came with the head or do they generally match up pretty well when swapped around?

It's fairly critical but has worked in the past I believe.

I'm sure I remember Fred saying it mostly works.

I have used a spare rocker cover to cut holes in to look at dialing in cams and that worked fine.
