roof strips

I have a mk2 ph2 clio and i want to remove the strips on the roof above the rear windows, i tried just pulling them and it didnt work so now i dont know what to try, does anyone have any pointers?

Really simple mate.
Get a hair dryer and warm the sticker up.
It'll come off nicely then.
When i went exhaustsuk in sheff they put a sticker on I had to get off.
Meaning to go back to get de-cat pipe actually...
