I'm waiting for a proper quote from Birchdown, but how much would you guess the following will be on a 182?

48k service
New rear discs and pads
Brembo max front discs, braided hoses and DS2500 pads.

All fitted.

Just rough to the nearest £100 would be spot on please.

Service from reno £200
Reno rear disks with pressed bearing and ABS ring £200
Rear pads £40
Front disks, pads and hoses £200.
I would probably think £800 for parts and labour.

I recently had a quote from a local none reno garage to fit new rear disk and pads, £80 just for fitting plus £240 for the disks and pads. So £320 just to get the rears done.

If you already have the parts and just looking for a labour price i would say £80 for rears, £80 for front, £40 for the hoses, (hoses are just a guess), plus the 48k service = £400 labour only.

You could do the front / rear disks, pads and hoses yourself then just a case of paying for the service.

Thing is, he wants £6250 for the car.

But I've priced up around £1k's worth of stuff that needs doing to it...

Id say somewere in the region of £500/600 personally
