Hi folks
Having some router worries the now. I have a netgear something or other, provided free by my IP (utility warehouse 8mb), after the previous one literally blew up first time I tunred it on.
Sometimes, usually when I'm on the xbox, the internet will disconnect, sign me out of Live and internet on my laptop and on my dads PC. It can do this several times and at intervals of every few minutes and requires to be reset or takes a few minutes to clear the fault itself, althogh my laptop always seems to remain connected to the router, just not on the internet. Is this firmware problems from reguarly being powered down? I dont belive my IP would be providing such a poor quality service so I'm convinced its not UW, although I havent contact them as yet about this.
If its my router, can you suggest a suitable alternative for not a lot of monies.
