It's a 16v motor that shoehorns into these and they become right little weapons. 1.8 or 2.0, i can't remember.

Depends which VVC engine you get.

Pre MG-F trophy the K series VVC was 143bhp. With the trophy they switched from Mems 1.9 to 3, more aggressive map, better headwork and a few other breathing mods to get it to 160bhp. Great engine, shame as N/A the VVC mechs limit it to 185bhp.

Tbh it doesnt matter which one you get, torque is the same on both. Slower can be modded up to 160 spec for not alot either.

The dude who bought my Runabout (mine wasa kensington the posh one ) Now sports an MG ZR160 lump with cams and full decatted exhaust.

Wouldnt mind a bash in it
