RS 197/200 upper engine mount

Guys I'm trying to remove the powerflex insert from my upper engine mount. Any advice? What part actually comes off all of it? Does the engine need jacking up? I've removed all the screws but it will not come off! Been levering screw drivers into it and now it's too dark.
