rs rear spliter on my 197

Hi there this might be a stupid question or there might b a thread about this that i cant find, im just looking at getting the rs rear splitter for my 197 i presume it is a straight swap but what happens with the exhausts? do i have to buy new tail pipes? thanks

That's a 200 rear diffuser, and yest they fit if you can find one.

There is a trader on 197.net that supplies these in gloss black fibreglass.

The 200 diffuser is a straight swap but you'll need longer tips for your 197 exhaust and you'll have to hear shield the new trims so it doesn't melt

I meant longer tips to clear the gap between the end of the exhaust and the 200 trims, otherwise it could choke itself

using a 197 exhaust on a 200 diffuser will heat up and could melt the area around the exhaust trims. If you load it with high temp resin or similar then it should be reet.
