RS Tuner - does someone just offer a flashing service?

I guess its just flashed on..Is there anywhere in the UK i can go and just get it flashed on without having to buy a RS tuner and do it all myself? I'm never going to be using it other than the once tbh.

You just have to buy a new licence.

Stops someone buying an RSTuner and using it for a number of different cars.
