RS Tuner problem

was round with Cro-Clio today trying to diagnose a fault with RS Tuner

tried to connect to his car and kept getting the same error message


Unrecognised Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

it works perfectly on my car. i bought it off a member on here, and havnt unlocked it yet, but i can do everything to my car, bar load maps.

Anyone any ideas??

Aren't they locked to a specific car, hence it's not working on yours and Cro-Clio's?

Clio Media??? Not so much...

theyr locked to a car for loading maps, not for performance analyser or diagnostics
