RS Tuner Problem

I have download the VCI Server and have installed everything

But when i plug the rs tuner into my car nothing is happening, i have followed all the instructions i have the ignition on, radio off etc

Any Ideas? I cant seem to find the RSTuner program on my computer

try doing a search in windows or re installing software and reboot after install.

You need to open the software first with the Tuner box plugged
into your laptop. (If you can find it on your hard-drive)

Then connect to the car.

Easier said than done if your cant find the software.

If you PM Henk it could take him a couple of days to reply.
