RS Tuner Question?

Alright guys

I'm after an RS Tuner but was wondering is it worth buying brand new instead of second hand to avoid messing around with licenses etc?

I bought mine second hand it was a easy sorting out the licences so no.

Works out about the same tbh. Plus its very easy to sort out the unlock code and maps.

sorry to bump this thread, but i got a quick question related to this.

i want to buy a new rs tuner, but i just looked on the fastchip site and there appears to be no maps there anymore..

I just wanted to play about with pops and bangs for a while

You get the 98ron map in with the price of a new tuner. (don't know whether you can have the pops n bangs instead)

Also you now have to pay for different maps plus there is only two for the clio 172/182.. Henk can also write a custom map for you with the correct input and info etc from yourself.
