This was covered recently on a similar thread. As explained by Henk at the time there is a huge lead time on the parts required to make the kits and as a result he is unable to produce the units in a large volume. On the FastChip site you can leave an E-Mail address and he will mail you when he has them in stock. I found when available there were usually between 5 and 10 and they were sold within an hour.

Waste of time

been trying for ages, if you ask you get a basic reply and the thread locked

if you email you will get told they will not be available anytime soon

when they do coem available they sell instantly

pain in the arse

Almost pointless then.... Is it best to try and by second hand and get a licence? But saying that have not seen any second hand one about lol

yea second hand seems the way to do it, or go get a custom map
