Thats what i was thinking.That evo 6 will be over 1100kgs.
The lightest evo 6 i know of is a time attack car and is 1050 with some SERIOUS weight saving
Fair play with that evo
Evo 8 Jap Crap
No way will you get a later evo under 1000kgs.
Try telling that to the people on mlr running in sprints and time attack it cant be done
Kennys Time attack car i posted above hit the scales at 1054kgs.
His is the lightest Evo 5 onwards going. Hes trying to crack the 1 tonne barrier but there isnt anything else he can do now to shed weight.
Theres a serious amount of bespoke parts that have bene made to shed weight.
Things like these door hinges
and this rear beam/diff setup is proper trick!
