RSTuner - Can You use it on more than one car?

Im looking at buying an RStuner, but once I have mapped it can I sell it and another person use it on there car or is it locked to an ECU?

You can get the unlock key off Henk Fastchip for 50 euros.

Is the 50 EURO unlock code useable once, or is it a general unlock key that can be used multiple times?

RST functions like Performance analyser and fault codes + data logging works on multiple cars.
Reprog works on 1 car only, because my .cal (map) files are free to use.
An additional reprog car license costs 50 Euro.
