Rubber bits gone shiny!

As above, the rubber bits on my steering wheel have gone shiny. Is there an easy way to key these up or get them back to nice and grippy, I dont want to damage them. Before anyone asks, Ive never used and dodgy-cheap-valetplace type cleaners lol.

But, whats the best product to use for cleaning the rest of it, door handle and around the clock/temp gauge??

I use turtle wax dry touch cockpit shine, lasts for a good few weeks!

P.s dont put it on the steering wheel or gear knob for obvious reasons, lol!
