Rubber sleeve for front shock

Just in the middle of changing my shocks, the rubber sleeve/buffer that fits over the shock has perished and split. Renault can't get one in till next Tuesday.

Are there any generic ones that will fit off the shelf?

Managed to get one for tomorrow from another Renault dealer, nowhere else seemed to be able to get them in.
