think i found the best way to solve the rubbing on the front arches. i have seen alot of these and i lowered mine on the weekend and had same problem. so i jacked the car up put a hammer in the arch gap resting on the tyer touching that metal bracket and let the car down slowley. now the bracket has bent up and does not rub amymore
