what's your TPS showing at idle, and what's it showing at constand load, is there any movement?
maybe you should take your car to a garage for it to be checked over? it seems you are not having much joy yourself. obviously i don't know if you are a mechanic or anything.
As above, seems as though all avenues of the fault finding process on here have been exhausted and were some time ago. Only other thing to do is rip it all out and start again I suppose, eliminating things as you go. iirc you can download the wiring diagram off the Omex website
no problem, i try to help were i can. seems the best logical move now really. sorry i missed that you said it had been taken to a garage before in the other thread. but maybe this is a problem best left to the experts to have another look at and you could explain all the different things you have done too?
edit - you are to hillpower. sounds an excellent idea.
Regarding the damp etc. I'm suprised Omex don't use a conformal coating to protect the board?
where the hell is it mounted to get like that?
cant say ive ever had water inside my engine bay in any car ive owned to cause damage like that, id be a little concerned as to how the water is getting in and why
