S1600 rear spoiler

I've noticed some fibreglass copies you can get from rally suppliers but how do these mount compared to a genuine one?

I know prima racing do a similar one but I don't like the look of it, it sticks up too much.

Anyone know where to source a S1600 type spoiler?

And to avoid the 'it'll look s**t, fit a cup spoiler' replies. Go and squat on your cup spoilers!

Fair enough :)

I await to be educated accordingly then. No idea how it fits unfortunately.

That's not a S1600 spoiler. Or at least it's mounted differently. The S1600 ones are bolted into the standard spoiler IIRC.

Nope.

The mount plates on the underside of the spoiler are bigger than the original spec too. It's either been modified or it's a replica.

It looks to me as though the original rear spoiler has been removed, the rear screen replaced/cut down in height and the mounting brackets for the spoiler are where the top part of the rear screen should be and that top part has been replaced with carbon fibre.
Thats just my guess's though.

The same spoiler was fitted to the later updated trophy cup cars,

Used to have one on my vee but was never 100% sure about the look of it so went back with the ducktail. I couln't find any original fixing brackets and had some made up in ally.
