:( sad to see it in this state

ino its not hard to fix but it will probably sit there for years and rot. i may have it if its there when my renewal comes up

I don't understand how people can just say it's an easy fix.

Exactly what part is easy? Or are we just hitting it with a hammer?

Easy fix probably means, new boot, new bumper, glue down boot mat, jobs a good'en!

Cars get wrote off for that type of damage, if it was so easy why wouldn't insurance just fix them?

Easy partner.
We all know what you do, but you seem to have overlooked the "with the right tools" bit in my post, and someone with the right tools would know how to use them wouldn't he............ergo, easy. Simples. :)

Yeah so because I have the tools to do the job right means it's easy!

What I do really has nothing to do with it! If you know anything about cars you would know it's hardly an easy fix!

Bit of a throwaway comment from you!

Well, it depends what your definition of easy is really doesn't it.

I must just be an infinitely better engineer than you. :)

Gally's right ;)

probably a bent floor, could have compromised alignment, needs jigging and lazer alignment before you even start on the aesthetics. Can't imagine yellow is a nice colour to match either

It may well be an easy fix, but how are you to know that from a photo? :) Could be more damage than anyone can see...

However.. if I had the money available I would be tempted to buy it (obviously for less than the listed price). Always wanted a Sunflower :D

Edit - Danny beat me to it ^

Ah well this is true, when I got my hands dirty that may or may not have been a difficult repair.

tbh its not an easy fix but its not a messy fix, if you get me, new boot floor, jig etc all fairly clean jobs its not like your messing with twisted suspension etc,

BUT with it being a cat C it will need an inspection, if it was a cat D id bash it out, new bumper done...

Well, you never know until you have a look.

I'd take it on for the right price. I've always fancied a ph1.
I could add it to the list of ongoing projects.
She'd kill me though. Women just don't understand. :(

Lols I spoke to someone the other night bought an old rover beast.

He told the missus and she went spare, had to explain to the guy on ebay why he could no longer buy it!

Women eh!
