safe mode switch

does any one know where the safe mode switch is? inerscha fuel swich or something like that?? my car has went into safe mode and need to switch it off.

if you mean limp home mode then it will go off by itself

no it basically wont let you start it at all wont even let you turn the key over. asked everyone its not the key had that coded.

think it needs a diagnostics computer to switch it off mate. not 100% tho

mk2 ph1 have an inertia switch next to the battery, mk2 ph2 dont have one at all the engine ecu is linked to the airbag ecu which shuts the fuel pump in the event of an accident

not the case from my experience. Unless its just till your turn the key off and back on again.
