Is this any good? Few guys at work always talking about it. I've just read the video review on Zero Punctuation and usually very hard to please Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw actually enjoyed it, too. Basically GTA IV with less restrictions.

It's a year or so old now, so pretty cheap as well.

I played it through, one of the few games I bothered to finish, like you say, not as involved as GTA but still all the fun.

I didn't like it, personally. But I love GTA IV.

People that hated GTA for being too serious, love the Saints Row games, normally. There's a lot more scope for customisation.

I just found it a bit "kiddie"... but I'm probably being harsh.

ZP reviews are awesome though. I still piss myself at the MGS one.

Also the Batman Arkham Asylum one is good

PMSL! Divided opinions, it seems. It get's fairly decent averages on both Gamerankings and Metacritic (around 82% ish), but you can't beat personal opinions from games players. Think it's about £12 or so now, too.

Awesome game, much more 'fun' than GTA IV. Crazy weapons, crazy vehicles....

You can get the things they use to shock poeples heart going again as a weapon (i cant remember the name) Kill someone then shock them back to life, and again and again and again....
