Any one on here got one? looking at one as they look like very smart bits of kit, just wondered what peoples views on them were? also if any one does have one could you tell me if the speakers are wall montable

intresting.. i thought it looked like a tidy bit of kit that should go fairly nicely with my samsung lcd, what would you recomend? im limited by space so cant do the whole 5:1 only able to do 2:1 setup :dapprove:

Yes speakers are wall mountable.

I paid just shy of £300 for mine, which is stupid considering its not fully HD and only 2.1

However speakers and sound quality are really good for a 2.1, not to sure on the Virtual Surround sound (not as good as a proper 5.1) however if you dont have wireless rears or want wires going everywhere its really good. Plus if you can find the 5.1 version the rears are wireless. But overall very clear, nice amount of bass. no option to turn the bass down, but that doesnt bother me.

Video is really good, nice and clear especially when upscalled to 1080i through the HDMI cable.

Nice array of inputs including Aux Stereo & Optical, USB host is a good feature. I run a Western Digitial 80gb passport HDD through it loaded with loads of DIVX movies, takes a while to read but once sorted all good.

Its a bit limited with menu options which is one downside really, also its quite large but again didnt bother me.

However its well worth the money and has to be one of the smartest looking DVD players around and if you have a Samsung TV they go really well.

Thanks for that dave, gd to hear some owner reviews over the shops, it does look massive compared your t.v, i've got a 32" samsung lcd too so i'm very tempted to get this although ideally i'd like a nice flat unit that sits on my tv stand shelf.. confused what to get now lol

I got the 32" samsung lcd from play.com, 499.99 deliverd :approve: , takes the 360 to a whole new level on the graphics signed of things

ive got this with my 40 inch lcd le40 looks the nuts and does the job for me x mental with the ps3 linked up picture in picture is the nuts etc
