Samsung S3 causing home wifi to slow down

Internet has been running hella slow periodically lately, traced it down to mums phone.

I did remember reading something on here, something to do with it trying to constantly upload photos, although its not uploading anything?

Any ideas guys?

I did kill a majority of the services, and it didn't change anything.

I cleared a notification about it being unable to sign in, and it stopped slowing the web down,
but doubt it's connected.

Probably not the same but I'm getting a new phone sent out to me because the phone and wifi don't get along.

try dialling *#0011# on the phone, press menu button, select wifi and turn power saving mode off.

ive noticed recently my phone causes everyone elses wifi to grind to a halt, but ive no idea why, turn my wifi off and everyone elses is fine
