The BT77 recievers you can get of ebay for about £50 seem ok to me, I've had mine for about a year now and its never failed me.
Bought a fair few for family and people at work and I've never heard any complaints.

Tis not BlueTooth but i use one of these on my XDA2i,

Tis very good, its also magnetic and waterproof so you can whack it on the roof if need be, though I've never needed to, gets signal where ever i am unlike my last one.
