Sat Nav Security Code

Well i asked this question a few months back and am still none the wiser, and as usual the dealers couldnt give a fcuk either.

How do you find out what the security code is for the factory fitted sat nav??? is there a default one???? Can it be reset to a default one???

Has anyone found or are useing different software for the sat nav?

you need to go to the dealer where the car was purchased they will keep a record of it

when you say security code do you mean to get into expert mode??

if so it is 4112

4112 that worked a treat, doesnt really let you do muvh though

no probs, tell you diagnostics etc, and TMC reception quality.

Shame we have to find this stuff out from internet as dealers are really thick on some stuff.

that thread is biggest ever for parkers forums, interesting read really how people trying to get renault to sort the tmc problem.

after reading that thread at parkers ive sent renault an email asking where my TMC disk is

yep, really would like TMC working on mine too! it even talks to you using the TMC.
