Scoring noise when clutch pedal is pressed in (while moving)

Pretty much as title, It's a metal scoring type noise (as if i were braking with no pads!) but only when i push the clutch pedal in, definitely every time when I'm driving but can't hear it at idle (not to say it's not there though!)

Input shaft bearing?

Release bearing?

Release bearing. Fit a whole clutch kit. Can a Valeo one from Euro car parts for £100. Looking around £300 in labour as its a good couple hour job.
