Went to an Astra meet last weekend was actually good, the amount of numbers, they had food, everyone was taking pictures. CS used to be like this.

So last try I guess. My car comes off the road at the end of September so can I suggest:

22nd Sept - Saturday
23rd Sept - Sunday
29th Sept - Saturday
30th Sept - Sunday

People just list what days are prefered then will take it from there. If nothing happens - might be next year

I can do any of those days as I'm either nightshift or off.

Either way will make this happen as its only by fowk going to meets that you get to know your fellow enthusiasts and make friends, which in turn makes future meets better banter an turn-outs. Like you say about that Astra meet, I'm also on other car make forums where the regional sections have died partly because meets don't happen. The old members move onto other car makes, the newbies dont know anyone so dont go to meets and its a downward spiral
