Scraping noise on de acceleration (182)

Had this for a while but still not managed to find the problem. Only seems to happen say within the first mile of driving.

When i say come to a junction and de accelerating and the engines braking i get a strange scraping noise coming from the front end.

I first thought it was the arch liner as where my work place is there is a off camber roundabout and it makes a right racket when going round that but then after that its fine, So im stumped as to what it could be. Ive checked the liners and cant see any marks where the tyres rubbed. I did take the front bumper off a while back to replace the washer jets and repalce the splitter but i cant remember if it was happening before this or not.

As anyone any idea as to what the problem could be?

Thanks
