scratch on glovebox

Car  none :(
there is a scratch on my glovebox and it seems to have taken some of the plastic off, its like a scuff. (where as the glovebox is dark this mark is like a light grey scuff)

is there anything i can use on this to not make the mark so visible

A trim dressing my help to hide it a little, problem is it would mean using a glossy one I expect. Something natural looking like Poorboys Natural Look would do very little. Something Glossy like AG Vinyl and Rubber may help.

My mums pal got a burn mark out of her plastic dash..apparently it was quite bad.
she took it to some specialist and you wouldnt have been able to tell it had happened in the first place. but thats all I know.

i hear using a hairdryer works but to be carefull ont to metl too much of the plastic...! might be wrong

yea ive got the same problem on my glovebox, have got loads of scratches and scuffs they show up really bad and are white. Im strugglin 2 find something 2 cover them or get rid of them

would the glossy effect look silly, or would it look ok

i did it myself when i took out my dash... but go easy with the hair dry... i got carried away at first...

Would be quite glossy.

As others have said chips away type people re-texture trim.

Is it on the Glovebox Door ? Can it be removed ? How much is a new one ?

yea its actually on the door. i thought you couldnt buy the glovebox seperate, i thought you had to buy the whole dash
