I'm thinking of buying a 172 Rear bumper. The only problem is the one in question has a few scratches on it:

They look to have gone down to the primer (all the white marks are scratches)
I was just wondering would I be able to repair these scratches myself?
I've been reading a few threads, and looked at a few guides on detailing world, and just wondering how easy it would be to do them, if I filled them with PB paint/Laquer mix, then sanded them down with very high grade paper and polished back up?
I'm just a bit cautious about sanding down the paintwork, and I don't have a machine polisher, so not sure whether I'd be able to polish the sand marks out to make it look good again so they don't stand out.
Also quite wary of the size of them, so Im wary of biting off more than I can chew!
