Rich, Being cheeky is there any chance you could bring some p21's with you on sunday so i could apply it at the show ?

I have a feeling you are right, but as i said it wasnt to take the piss, it was to try the product before i bought it. Worth asking but i will await his refusal lol

I use it on piglet all the time, it's only less that £20 so worth buying it. Using Onyx on it for FCS though.

Would you mind bringing some with you on the sunday then ? I was going to buy some but have just not got round to it.

I could bring the whole wax collection, could make a killing charging for sample testing. If I remember I will put it in the car was not planning on bring any waxes. Mine is wearing Zymol Destiny now so don't want to top that with anything on the day !

Ok fair enough, I would appreciate it if you could remember.

Quick question though, if money were no object what is the best wax for silver ?

Every wax I have tried looks pretty much the same to me on Silver - but to be honest I have not tried anything more expensive than my Zymol Titanium on it, not tried the Concours, Destiny or any of my 3 Swissvaxs on it as when my I spent some time PCing the car about 18 months ago and even that made little difference to how it looked just after wash let alone playing with waxes. Any wax that gives a deep gloss on Darker colours should give the same level as gloss on Silver, but due to silver reflecting light rather than absorbing it you wont see it - I strugle to justify using costly products that you cant see, hence P21s ocassionaly in the summer, Megs 16 winter, and Optimum Car Wax after wash.

The Zymol Titanium did not look any different to to the P21s when I tried it, though lasted longer. Would be interested to see Onyx on it as for the price IMO it is the best value wax out there at the moment and has looked great on all the other colours I have tried it one.

Well if you are able to remember the P21's i think that would be a good start, i may look into the Onyx though.

I appreciate that its a cut above Tez but i am unsure that it will add anything more to silver paint due to the issues Rich has mentioned above.

I use SRP, EGP, P21 religiously on mine Justin because, as said, I can't see silver changing much with higher spec products.

I'll have mine in my boot tomorrow so you can give it a shot if you want mate.

sounds good fella. thanks.

oh i will ring up about those quotes now for ya, with being ill and all i totaly forgot
