Seat Belt adjustment?

for some reason my drivers side seatbelt isn't retracting fully - it kinda gets jammed part way, and it feels like the spring isn't pulling as hard as it does on full extension. Is there a way of adjusting it? Its just I keep shutting my belt buckle in the car door (like a complete muppet!)

The winders can wear a bit.

Try a little (serious a little) WD40 or grease to lubricate it the springs might have wron or lost tension in there.
