seat fitting

i know MOFO has already had one of these threads, but i could do with a bit more info and a full new interior fitting guide.

got some 172 seats and cards coming, so could do with knowing how to remove rear bench, and the seats in the front, cards will be no problem (had them out for sound proofing before )

use the cliosport guides. eviljohn wrote a great guide earlier this year after this question was asked every week. I did mine just by having a look at whats where and guessing.
