seat rocking slightly and doing my head in

my driver seat has started to rock a little so when i accelerate it rocks back its probably only half an inch of movement at the shoulders but it feels alot larger. it snot just the back moving i can fee the frontof the seat lifting too. ive had a look and cant see anything loose the rails are solid and so is the mech ive looked at the passengers seat and ther is no movement at all in it but just slight rock back on the drivers seat.

any ideas?

Tighten the 13mm nuts under the car. There is 4 holding the seat in place

+ the nuts holding the seat frame to the runners. Other than that its got to be play in the runners.

well ther is no play in the rails so must be the runners, i'll need to ty tightening the,.
