seat rocking

on my mk2 ph1, my driver seats rocks back and forward, only a very tiny amount (feels around 2-4mm) but its so fu*king annoying when breaking etc.

Anyone got any way to tighten the seat of fix the problem.

Chec the 4 bolts under the can and the 4 the seat mount only othersei its the runners which need changing.

my williams does this, driver and passenger seat, i can see how to fix it either.
