Seat won't fold down

Passenger side seat won't fold down on renault clio 1.2 authentique
should I try to fix it if so how?
or buy new ones but from where?
help

Im going to take a guess and say that the cable has snapped.

Unsure how easy they are to replace or fix but you would prob be just as quick getting a seat and replacing it as its only 4 bolts that hold the seat in.
