Seatbelt anchor

Hi, Does anyone know if the black metal front seatbelt anchor bar from a 172/182 clio is the same as my 1.8 16v phase 1 clio? Guy I bought car from had harnesses fitted and lost anchor. I need access to rear seats for my kids so harnesses not an option. cheers

PS. does anyone have phase 1 anchors
