seatbelt pretension

after a bit of a bump my rear seatbelt pretension have been set off and i cant releare the rear belts. Would i need to buy new pretensions or new belts or what? does anyone know where to get these parts.

You will need to buy the prentension units as far as I know, they cant be released as such.

I think they are classed as "one use" like the airbags etc.

dont suppose ill be able to get them from a breakers really either :| they are £110 each from renault

Think your meant to replace your seat belts to as they strech very slightly when your in an accident to leasen the wiplash, id imagine its the same when the pretensioners fire, i could be wrong though.
