It really does depend how bad they are, but a wipe down with something that safe on interior materials, such as Megs APC cut 10:1 or AG Interior Shampoo on a MF towel should work quite well.

Do you have any specific stains you need to treat, or are they generally mucky?
 
I fed mine out the door and pressure washed them. A steamer would be better.

Still a little dirty around the edge but so much better than they were. I tried APC and a soft brush/hot water and it was useless.
