how easy is it to swap them over and fit the sports seats?

Very. Especially if the sport seats come with subframes.

The door cards are harder than the seats. Just fiddly. Still get it all done in an afternoon no bother though.

the front door cards are easy enough, what are the back ones like? never needed to have them off?
