yup, i've done this with about 3-4. Supposively if you go over 10 though they will take you to court and if any other driving convictions are brought against you they will be brought up!

At the end of the day, it might just 'blow' off the car

ignore, continue to ignore, laugh at ticket guy, eat ticket in front of him and walk away.

Tell tale is if its a Po Box number from down south, or from the local council.

Local council you pay, the other you dont.

I love it when i see that stuff, its great as they put a sticker on me, then pay the DVLA £2.50 to get my info to send me a letter which i throw in the bin.. nice..
