Self Painting Engine Mainfold

Just need some guide from someone to knows about this of what i need to do this?

i know the paint needs to be heat resistant but can you get lacquer and undercoat that is heat resistant?

or what prep do i need to do for this? any advice?

I know its on brakes but same rules apply!
I take it you mean the inlet manifold and not the exhaust manifold?

No, your inlet manifold won't get hotter than your brakes!

i just cleaned mine off with abit washing up liquid/water mix and then sprayed it with a tin of halfords paint
