Serious problem in my company van!

Ok serious problem guys.

My Fiat van from work had a nice new handsfree kit fitted last week but they've managed to break the stereo.

With a 10 hour journey planned for Wednesday next week I need some help.

When I switch it on it says "4 ERROR" anyone have any clues as to the problem or solution?

Please help. Its a standard FIAT CD player on a 56-plated Van.

Can you whip the stereo out Si to make sure everything is connected correctly?

Hi mate where did you get the handsfree kit fitted ?

did it show that error asoon as the kit was fitted or at a later date ?

if it was straight away try disconecting the kit and pluging it back into the factory cables and if that works get yourself down to halfords we have just got some new handsfree kits you plug into you cigar lighter which are quiet good for the money only £20 or £99 for one of the new parrot kits fitted which are good also ( both work via bluetooth)
