Service and airbag light?

check the plug connectors under the seat 1st as they are prone to causing lights coming on especially if its a 3 door.

On mine it was the large multiconnector at fault. After advice from a very friendly chap on this site I took it apart and cleaned it (like the above post says; under the driver's seat) with zippo fuel.

It's the wires that come from the same source as the seat belt tensioners if that helps.

After much wiggling, swearing and more wiggling the lights went out. This was a week ago

I was the man of wisdom!! but if this does not work, cut the fookers off and twist the wires. yeeeehaaaa

Yeah as mentioned above the airbag light is usually the seatbelt pretensioner wires. I had this problem with my 306 a lot. I used to give them a clean and spray a bit WD40 on the connectors and it did the trick. Im assuming the clio will be pretty much the same.

My lights have gone wrong again...

I've replaced every connection under my seat now; with your B&Q's finest connectors - light went off, but after a day is on again.

Doin' my nut in. Main Dealers are all fully booked for a week at least.

Effin' french state controlled motor company. They can build 'em to go fast, and in theory secure too.

But what good is 4 NCAP stars if non of the airbags work? Probably looking at 1 star!
